Service description

ClientLoop provides messaging and follow-up automation tools for service businesses. We help you identify and contact lapsed customers, cold leads, and other opportunities through approved outreach (SMS and email). You remain responsible for the content and timing of messages you approve.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing and messaging rules (e.g., TCPA, CTIA, carrier guidelines). You will not use ClientLoop for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your contacts.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on your operations, data quality, and how you use the product. ClientLoop does not guarantee any specific recovery amount, conversion rate, or business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClientLoop and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and, for material changes, provide notice as appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
